How can i recovery my password?

If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.

How do I update my profile?

To update your profile, navigate to the Account page (profile icon in the top right of the screen). From there, you can update your personal information.

How do i change my email address?

We are working on adding functionality to allow users to change the email in the app. For now, contact customer support to have this updated.

How does Aquito estimate values?

Aquito uses an algorythim developed by Vintaga to estimate the value of casks based on a number of factors. We take into account a large number of attributes to ascertain the likely value the cask would be on the market. It’s trained on current trading data, but it should be treated as an estimate. If you think it’s produced an incorrect estimate or you’d like to learn more. Please get in-touch at support@vintaga.ltd. For bottles, value estimation is being tackled a different way and an upcoming feature will estimate their value based on live market data.
